Yes! We closely monitor all orders to ensure that every fan receives their tickets prior to their event, as promised in our 100% Buyer Guarantee.
Electronic Transfer tickets must be transferred online and displayed on a smartphone device for entry. When Electronic Tickets that are purchased on a primary market website are resold on the secondary market, the seller will transfer the tickets from their account to the new buyer through the website they were originally purchased on. Once transferred, tickets will no longer be in the seller's account. At the event, tickets must be accessed through the online account created during the transfer process which will display a barcode for each seat. The attendant will scan the barcodes from your phone to allow entry.
For “Email Delivery” or “Instant Download” orders, you&apops;ll receive an email from Vivid Seats when your tickets are ready. Clicking the link inside this email will direct you to the order in your Vivid Seats account. From there, simply click the red “Download Tickets” button, and the PDF ticket file will begin downloading to your computer.
The name on the ticket is the name of the original purchaser, but you won't have any issues entering the event. All tickets are guaranteed to be completely transferable, and you'll be admitted to the event even if your name doesn't match the name printed on the ticket.
Unfortunately, no. As our Sales Terms and Conditions state, all sales are final. As a resale marketplace, Vivid Seats lists tickets that come from a vast network of sellers, all of whom own or manage their own ticket inventory. Sellers are automatically notified when an order for their tickets is placed, and must confirm the order to finalize the purchase. Once this happens, you are backed by our 100% Buyer Guarantee and the seller is guaranteed payment in exchange for fulfilling your order. Sellers do not allow cancellations and are not obligated to offer any refunds, discounts, or exchanges, so we are unable to extend those to our customers.
